These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, located at www.airmazingtravel.com (the “Site”), and the services provided by Airmazing Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site.

By accessing this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

Airmazing Travel is a travel agency specializing in curated group travel experiences. We handle trip planning, logistics, and coordination for solo travelers, professionals, and groups. Please note that while we organize these experiences, specific travel bookings (flights, accommodations, tours) are subject to the individual terms and conditions of third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, resorts, and transportation companies).

Unless otherwise stated, Airmazing Travel owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this Site, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, and curated itineraries. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from www.airmazingtravel.com.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site for commercial purposes.
• Redistribute content from Airmazing Travel (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

You are prohibited from:

All bookings and purchases made through the Site or through our travel planning/consulting services are subject to (i) the applicable Airmazing Travel Service Agreement (for group trips) or the Custom Trip Planning Agreement (for custom/individual trips), and (ii) any payment schedules, supplier terms, and deadlines provided to you during the booking process. In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and your applicable trip agreement, your trip agreement will control for that booking.

• Payment Schedules: You agree to follow the payment schedule and any deadlines communicated for your trip/booking.
• No-Refund Policy: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE to the fullest extent permitted by law, as further described in your applicable trip agreement(s), including but not limited to planning fees and any trip payments made toward your booking.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, medical expenses, and travel delays.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Airmazing Travel. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Airmazing Travel shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content or services.

Airmazing Travel acts solely as a travel agency and intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (including, without limitation, airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and activity providers) (collectively, “Suppliers”). Suppliers are independent entities and are not controlled by Airmazing Travel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airmazing Travel is not liable for (a) any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or misconduct of any Supplier; (b) personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss or expense resulting from your travel or any Supplier’s services; or (c) delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, labor disputes, strikes, government actions, pandemics/epidemics, weather events, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall Airmazing Travel, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Travel disruptions, cancellations, accidents, or injury occurring during a curated trip.

Your use of the Site and our services is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Airmazing Travel does not warrant that the Site will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, trip details, itineraries, pricing, promotions, availability, and schedules may change at any time without notice, may contain errors or omissions, and may be subject to Supplier changes and restrictions. You are responsible for confirming current details and requirements (including passport/visa/health requirements) before booking and travel.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Airmazing Travel and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Site, or a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Airmazing Travel is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
